Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the eu news 24/7 Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
